Please understand that our environmental retreat center is not a resort type of organization. So keep in mind that meiporul enviornmental retreat center is a learning platform that can engage you and your kids in variety of activities connected to nature. Meanwhile you can enjoy a relaxing and pleasant stay, engage yourselves in volunteering activities and interact with like minded people. Make your travel more responsible by avoiding littering and other harmful activities to nature anywhere in the forest.

Terms & Conditions:

ID Card: Participants / travellers shall hold a valid ID Proof and are entitled to provide for verification / photocopy during check in or any required circumstances.
Check In & Check Out Policy: We follow 24 hours check in & check out policy in case of individual room bookings.
Usage of Liquor & Smoking:Possession and consumption of liquor and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises
Banned Goods: Possession of any kind of banned goods, inflammable materials and explosives are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Safety of belongings: Participant or travelers are responsible for their belongings and valuables while sharing occupancies.
Biodiversity Conservation: Participants / travellers shall maintain the silence of the forest school and stay away from making huge noises and ensure there is no disturbance for the birds of retreat center
Personal Safety:Participants / travelers shall take the caution seriously and avoid roaming around in night times or solely which is highly risky for an animal encounter. In such accidental cases Meiporul Foundation is not liable for any injury or loss of life.
Sharing:Only separate rooms for men and women are provided in case of Non-Family reservations
